​​Timothy Burkart's Obituary

Tim's practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, trust and probate issues. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in  The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Trusts and Estates, The Best Lawyers in Washington by  Seattle Business Magazine and Best Lawyers in the Puget Sound by the  Puget Sound Business Journal, he was named by his peers as a "Super Lawyer" in  Washington Law & Politics magazine and a “Top Lawyer” in estate planning in  Seattle Met Magazine and in the Puget Sound Region by  Seattle Business Magazine.
