Susan is a paralegal serving our corporate and estate planning clients. Susan also acts as an administrative assistant to Ted Kutscher and handles human resources and insurance related matters for the firm.

PATTY ULMAN
Patty Ulman has been the firm’s comptroller and manager of client billings since 1993. Her office furniture fortunately has wheels as she has been a part of numerous changes as the firm has grown.

LINDA McELROY
Linda is a paralegal specializing in probate, but also handling estate planning, trusts, guardianships and real estate matters. She has over 30 years of experience in the legal field and has been with the firm since 1998.

NATE TEPP
Nate is the forward-most face and voice of the firm and the office manager. In addition to assisting the lawyers and paralegals with a variety of administrative matters, he makes a point to establish rapport with each visitor and caller to the firm.

SUSAN CARTOZIAN
Susan is a paralegal handling litigation, general business,
corporate, probate and estate planning matters. She has worked for firm since 2002 and has more than 25 years of
experience in legal services.

BETHANY STRAHAN
Bethany provides administrative support to the attorneys in estate planning and corporate matters. She also assists with various human resource projects for the firm.

ALYSSA CAPOCY
Alyssa assists the attorneys and paralegals with a variety of client case administration tasks in probate, litigation, and estate planning matters. Alyssa also handles special projects for the firm and other administrative duties.

Carlyle is an intern who assists with reception, office administration and a variety of tasks and projects. She is a junior at the University of Washington studying finance and health care management.
